The Marketing team of ING Funds Management has been working with Gotham City Press for a number of years on a variety of work, primarily design and typesetting of our investment product material. During that time, the most beneficial element of Gotham’s service has been their adaptability to provide service to match our needs. Gotham has been one of very few designers to embrace the Adobe Acrobat technology to ensure that our printed material can be converted for use on the Internet very quickly. This has assisted us greatly. The staff at Gotham servicing our account have on more than one occasion worked very hard after usual business hours to help us meet our demanding deadlines. This is a particular benefit in an industry that is governed by regulations on the release of information to the public. They are also very cooperative in helping us meet our strict quality standards and procedural requirements.. Whilst we source the majority of our printing requirements in-house, Gotham has always been very helpful when we have required assistance in this area, and pro active in seeking ways in which to provide further value added service.
